Episode 25
in

U&F 25 is now live. Sorry about the delay, I had to go to England for two weeks and it really set me back. That, and I got a job, which is another great time-eater. Anyway, the episode is now recorded and available for listen / download by clicking the image. Here's a blurb of the episode contents ... (skip it if you want to have no idea as to what to expect).

Episode 25: In which Underwood and Flinch dispose of a body, David learns more about vampires, Lydia's outfit is hard to place, Keith and Billy Boy squabble over pop, and Michelle experiences a strange attraction.

That was REALLY not a moment too soon.  I'm not embarrassed to admit that when I saw your updated post - I sat at the page, staring at the black and white image just refreshing the page every four seconds in the hope that it would refresh in color.  Don't judge me.

24 and 25...

...are both very nice! Wonderful Mike! All the characters are becoming more real and dear to me as you develop the story. Mike... you certainly have a way with words... ;-> ¡Fabuloso! ¡Gracias!

This was an awesome episode

This was an awesome episode (heck, they are all awesome).  I have to say that the scene in the disco where Keith and Billy Boy argue over the Dead or Alive song was very, very funny.  "I don't want f*cking Ghostbusters!"  hahahaha!

I love this story, Mike.  Thank you so much for sharing it.

Now we are getting somewhere. This is going to become fun, and I am very much looking forward to the development between U & F. I'm certainly available if David wants to give up the job.

It was a smashing good listen! Thanks - Uncle Velvet

Thanks all

Thanks all. Very, very happy to hear you enjoyed the episode. I've started work on re-editing (always re-editing) Episode 26. When it's ready, we can start the disco for real. Laughing

Set List

Dear Mr. Mike,

Since you seem to have a bit of a say here, could you please include some ABA, some KC and the SB, Donna Summers, BeeGees, and last but not least some Village People #'s?

That was last week ...

... Yes, you want Seventies Night, Paco. Last Saturday at la Reina was Seventies Night. Next week it's Chulo's Regaetton night, then the week after it's Sixties Night, then Seventies, when Keith guarantees a great mix of all your favourites ... if he survives that long ;-)

Regaetton Night!

Regaetton was originated here in Puerto Rico so I expect their DJ to play at least one song by the Puertorican king of Regaetton...Daddy Yankee! :->
