Episode 5
Another great show Mike, there are some very interesting characters and it will be interesting to see how things pan out. I must admit I was concerned how the novel would work as a podcast (sorry i haven't heard one amongst the sleepless yet) because inevitably there will be 'quiet' chapters with no blood guts, gore etc, but I'm really impressed by the ryhtm, the pace and the style of the podcast. You have a very good voice for the show and the characters are well delineated. The biggest gripe is that we've got to wait a whole week for the next show!!!! If this was in book format I'd have finished it by now!!
Blood
Thanks Nutty
Don't worry, there's plenty of blood coming, I promise
Hey Bennett!
Got a chuckle with the David Niven line. Can't wait to hear how this all plays out.
Great Build up!
Hey Mike
It seems that you are building up to something pretty big. Introducing all of these new and interesting characters. I cant wait to see how things turn out when Sir Underwood rises again.
Thanks Mike

Man i Love Mikes Voice
Having just discovered Mr Mike Bennett.
Having discovered this wonderfully story writer and great voice actor while downloading Mr Scott Sigler's stuff.
I found myself very emotive of Mike's voice its wonderfull and fits Mr Underwood perfect.
Loving Underwood as im upto date now in just a day, man im addicted to this.
I have only listened to one Hall of mirrors yet, the green man and got such a strong emotion of tales of the unexpected.
Cracking job Mr Bennet im a dedicated fan from the first off superb.
You have a great voice as stated but your story style is very compelling clear crisp not over powering at all with your word choice its a real pleasure to put on the headphones on the ipod and listen whenever i can.
Our King charles spanniel appreciates you for the works she gets while i listen in.
All the best,
james
lucky
You're lucky, James_Death, because you have lots of great listening ahead of you. Plenty to keep you occupied between eps of U&F. Welcome to our dark and horrifying club!
coincidence?
It just occurred to me that Arthur Flinch talked with a very nasal voice, and then David Flinch, after his whiskey bender, talked through his nose in a very similar manner. Coincidence? Or intentional? Hmmmmm....
Fader
(spoken in a nasal voice) Dike fader, dike sud?
Dike Fader, dike Sud?
hmmm... does that stand for... Like F***** Like S** ?? I'm not sure though... just a hunch Mike :-)
Yes
Like father, like son. Arthur is David's father.
