Episode 10: Lydia meets with the Black Circle and David meets with his worst nightmare.
This episode is part two Chapter 8, which is the biggest chapter so far and represents the climax to the first quarter of the book as a whole... Or is it the first eighth? I can't tell; it's organic, it's like trying to determine the ultimate size of a young Virginia Creeper.

Forgive the comparison (in my book it's a compliment), but flickering lightbulbs always remind me of Eraserhead, and they spook the crap out of me. You had me squirming in my (subway) seat. Well done... Now, let the blood letting begin.

I must confess I've been slacking off a bit lately as my birthday was this week and I've been enjoying life away from the keyboard. The other thing is, episode 11 is one of those episodes that will have people calling me a sick bastard, so I'm taking a lot of care with it, carefully treading the thin line between horror and revulsion. Anyway, sick or not, the text is nearly done and I hope to record it this weekend.

Hi Mike, hope you had a nice warm bank holiday. I am assuming you had it nice in Ireland, it's been lovely for last 2 days. Think that was summer!! lol
Now you have mentioned the H&R on epi 11, it makes me even more excited about it!!!
To be that good to whip me up to a frenzy, you are a master of literature.
I didn't think I could get anymore excited but you did it. lol

Can I ask what you mean by staus exactly?

jasonflinch - I can't change my status either, it's the bit in My Coffin, first page at the top. I would assume it would either be dead or alive, vamp or vampette, alone or spoken for, sort of thing. Have looked to all corners of My Coffin but there is no place to set or change it.
